Keep Flippin’ has a USA Program comprised of 3 different skill levels: Red for beginner, White for intermediate and Blue for advanced gymnasts. We offer classes for preschool students, middle school students, high school students, adults, as well as special needs children. We also provide specialized classes, such as power tumbling, cheerleading, and Open Gyms!

An Exciting Way of Doing Gymnastics!

Based in Jupiter, FL, Keep Flippin' has a USA Program which is comprised of three different skill levels: Red for beginning gymnasts, White for intermediate gymnasts, and Blue for advanced gymnasts. We offer classes for preschoolers, middle school students, high school students, and adults. Keep Flippin' offers a power tumbling style class, cheerleading classes, and a drop-in Open Gym session.   • My 5 year old daughter visited Keep Flippin Gymnastics and the team at Keep Flippin were very patient and positive with teaching her even though she was extremely nervous and shy. By the end of her first session she LOVED it and can't wait to go back for more sessions to overcome her fears and learn new skills! They were many kids at a Open Gym session we attended and I loved seeing how organized it was. The kids all had smiles while showing off their skills!
