Keep Flippin’ has a USA Program comprised of 3 different skill levels: Red for beginner, White for intermediate and Blue for advanced gymnasts. We offer classes for preschool students, middle school students, high school students, adults, as well as special needs children. We also provide specialized classes, such as power tumbling, cheerleading, and Open Gyms!
Keep Flippin’s performing Show Team has been featured in the Miami Dolphins’ halftime show, Disney World, Universal Studios, and several other venues and local shows! Watch our Show Team videos and keep watch for our upcoming shows for this team season! 2023-2024 Show Team Performances
