There’s information about the end of the year show! An excerpt:

All Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday classes will perform on

Saturday, April 28th at 2:00 and your dress rehearsal will be Thursday, April 26th. Thursday, Friday, and Saturday classes will perform on Sunday, April 29th at 2:00 and your dress rehearsals will be on Friday, April 27th.

End of the Year Show Information

Preliminary info about the end of the year show is now available! The show will take place on Saturday, April 28th at 6:00pm, and Sunday, April 29th at 2:00pm. It will be held at the Palm Beach Eissey Theatre.

November/December 2011 Newsletter available

The newsletter for November and December of 2011 is now available and can be found here. It includes preliminary information about the End of the year Show, as well as information about a gift for your gymnast!

We will be closed for Thanksgiving and Christmas

We’ll be closed on Wednesday, November 23rd to the 26th for the Thanksgiving holiday. In December, we will be closed the 24th to the 31st for the christmas holiday, and January 1st to the 7th for the new year. We will reopen for classes Monday, January 9th, 2012.

On January 7th, we will host a special two hour open gym for gymnastics ages 5 and up. It will take place from 10:00am to 12:00PM for holiday makeups. You must sign up to attend, space is limited!

Please call and schedule your make ups for the time we’re closed. Make-ups are done in Open Gym on Wednesday at 6:00PM, Saturday at 11:00am, or the special open gym as noted above. They can be scheduled anytime before December 24th. Tumble Tots must do a make-up in another Tumble Tots class.

The 9th annual Halloween Carnival was a thrilling success!

Thanks to everyone for attending our nineth annual Halloween Carnival! We hope everyone had a fantastic time, there was a metric tonne of food, an assortment of games, a huge bounce house, and two thrilling performances by our Keep Flippin’ Showteam. The Showteam performed Michael Jackon’s, Thriller.

Halloween Carnival

Keep Flippin’ Gymnastics presents our 9th annual Halloween Carnival. Tickets will go on sale September 26th, and remember, only 200 tickets will be sold! There will be games, a bounce house, food, fantastic prizes, raffles and a costume contest for children, parents and coaches! Expect more information in the September 2011 newsletter.

Thanks to everyone for attending Keep Flippin’ Gymnastics Summer Camp! We were at maximum capacity the entire summer, and everyone had a blast. The campers advanced in skill level very quickly over the summer, learning everything from back-bends to backhandsprings, and even back-tucks! Everyone had an amazing time at Build-a-Bear, the Jupiter Lighthouse, the movie theater, the waterparks, the beaches and all of the wonderful field trips!

The Summer session ends on August 27th, we will be closed for one week. Then the Fall session will begin on September 6th, so come in and sign up! A full schedule can be found by clicking schedule at the top (or click here).

End of the Year Show

For our 18th straight year in a row, the students performed at our End of the Year Show at the Eissey Theatre titled “Keep Flippin’ takes a road trip. A video of the performances can be purchased through Lightning Videos We would like to thank our wonderful performers, coaches, assistants and volunteers for an absolutely spectacular performance. It went wonderfully, and we hope everyone had as much fun as we did!

There is still one more month left for spring classes, and then the summer session begins as well as summer camp. More information about summer camp can be found on our website and our full summer schedule of classes can also be found here.

Interested in joining the Showteam?

As the End of the Year Show approaches, it also signals that the current gymnastic season is almost over! With the end of the season, Keep Flippin’ also recruits gymnasts for it’s performing Showteam. Our Showteam performs at many local, regional and state venues, including Palm Beach County’s Sunfest and Walt Disney World’s Magic Kingdom.

If you or your gymnast are interested, a strict list of required tumbling skills is available upon request by speaking to Daryl Sue. However, completion of the list does not guarantee a spot on the Showteam; a huge part of being on the Showteam is being familiar with performance! Please contact us if you have any questions.

End of the year show information

We’re beginning to work on choreographing the end of the year show for all of our gymnasts! The show will be on April 30th and May 1st. If the student’s class is Monday through Wednesday (inclusive) then their show will be Saturday, April 30th. Otherwise their show will be Sunday, May 1st.

Rehearsals for the Saturday show are on Thursday, April 28th. Rehearsals for the Sunday show are on Friday, April 29th. All dress rehearsals and shows are at the Eissey Theatre, on the corner of Campus Dr. and Fairchild Ave., one block south of PGA Blvd, east of I-95.

Open Freerunning

Keep Flippin’ is proud to announce a new class: Open Freerunning! This exciting, dynamic, new form of self expression is being offered at Keep Flippin’ Gymnastics. Freerunning and Parkour originated in France and has become immensely popular in the United States. This new form of physical fitness combines gymnastics, martial arts, acrobatics and aerialist movements. The entertainment industry in particular has been featuring students in commercials, television and movies. Come join us for this exciting adventure.

Summer Camp 2011

Our Summer Camp will begin June 6th, 2011. Sign-ups begin for camp in March, and more information will be released as we close in on then! Hello 2011!

Welcome back, we hope everyone had a great time off and a Happy New Year! Beginning in February, we will begin choreographing the routines for our end of the year show. We would please ask that your student attend all classes from this point forward in order to learn their routines. The end of the year show will take place Saturday, April 30th at 6pm and Sunday, May 1st at 2pm. Further details will be released as the end of the year show gets closer.

Keep Flippin’ will be closed for the Holidays from Sunday, December 20th, to Sunday, January 2nd. We hope to see you in the new year!

Children and adults enrolled in the program will have two make-up classes available which can be completed during any Open Gym. Please contact us to schedule a make-up class at your convenience!
