Keep Flippin’ is proud to announce a new class: Open Freerunning! This exciting, dynamic, new form of self expression is being offered at Keep Flippin’ Gymnastics. Freerunning and Parkour originated in France and has become immensely popular in the United States. This new form of physical fitness combines gymnastics, martial arts, acrobatics and aerialist movements. 2010 End of the Year Show!
Every year, Keep Flippin’ Gymnastics has a fantastic performance revue at the Palm Beach Eissey Theatre; that time is quickly approaching. This year’s theme is, “All the Sounds of Music”. It will be held Saturday, May 1st at 6:00pm, and Sunday, May 2nd, at 2:00pm, with rehearsal scheduled on the prior Thursday and Friday.
